Welcome pack, kitchen essentials such as foil, clingfilm, kitchen roll, salt, pepper, are provided, also a few dishwasher tablets, soap, some toilet rolls.

An initial supply of logs, kindling wood and firelighters is provided, more can be bought ask us for details.

There is a comprehensive information folder for the cottage and includes information about local restaurants, places to visit, boats trips to the farne islands etc.

Wi-Fi included, mobile phone signal is OK for most networks. 

Extensive parking with a large grassed where wildlife and the occasional sheep visit. An excellent choice for a tranquil break, surrounded by nature, wildlife and the ever changing beautiful and dramatic skyline..

Decked seating area and a separate area with table and chairs.

 A very relaxing spot, ideal for exploring the joys of Northumberland’s Castles, coasts and countryside.

Flexible start days in low season when short breaks ( 3nights) are available.

 We advise that you take holiday insurance to cover yourself should you need to cancel your holiday for any reason; whilst we have the usual recommended insurance in place for the cottage, it does not cover the possessions of guests and if you are responsible for significant damage /loss to the premises and / or the contents, you can be asked to pay for this.
